This website is run by Jack Anstey & Sarah Rodgers. We create digital maps to help people explore Scotland.

When you create an account or make a purchase, we collect:

Payment details (processed securely by Stripe – we don’t store full card info)
• First name & surname
• Email Address
• Password (encrypted)

If you opt in to our mailing list, we’ll also collect and store your email through Mailchimp.

We also collect:
• Location data (with your permission)
• Behaviour data (e.g. which pages you visit, which maps you view)

3. Why We Collect It

• To provide access to your maps
• To personalise your experiences (e.g. show nearby locations)
• To notify you about new maps, features or updates
• To improve the website over time

4. Cookies

We use cookies to:
• Keep you signed in
• Track how people use the site
• Improve location-based features

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but the site might not work properly without them.

5. Third-Party Services

We use:
• Stripe – for secure payments
• Mailchimp – to manage email updates and newsletters
• WordPress to host and run the website
• Google Analytics (if/when added to track user behaviour and improve the site
