By accessing and using this website, creating an account, or purchasing a digital map, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you don’t agree with any part of these terms, please don’t use the site.
2. Products
We sell digital campervan and adventure maps focused on Scotland. These maps are designed to help users explore the outdoors, especially in areas suited to vanlife and photography.
Once purchased, maps are available through your user account. You’ll need to be signed in to view and use them.
3. Digital Products – No Refunds
All products are digital. Because of this, we don’t offer refunds or returns. Please make sure you’re happy with the product description before buying.
If you have an issue with your purchase (e.g. access problems), email us at jack@anstey.studio and we’ll do our best to help.
4. Accounts
To use certain features, you’ll need to create an account. We’ll collect your first name, surname, email address, and a password.
You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and secure. Don’t share your account with anyone else.

You agree not to copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the maps or content on this site.
6. Location & Behaviour Tracking
We may use your location (with permission) to improve your experience – e.g. to show you nearby spots or map regions. We also track usage to help improve the site and create better content.

We may update these terms from time to time. By continuing to use the site, you’re agreeing to the latest version.
8. Intellectual Property
All maps, designs, text, images, and content on this site are owned by us. They’re protected by copyright. You’re welcome to use the maps for personal use – but you’re not allowed to share, resell, or republish any of the content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
We’ve done our best to ensure the information in our maps is accurate – but nature changes, roads shift, and things go out of date. We’re not liable for any issues, accidents, or losses that might occur while using the maps or travelling to these locations.
10. User Responsibilites
You’re responsible for how you use the information on the site. Please follow all local laws, respect the environment, and use common sense when travelling or camping.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to remove user access or delete accounts if someone is misusing the site, breaking terms, or acting in bad faith.
12. Site Closure & Access
We reserve the right to shut down the website or discontinue the service at any time. If that happens, we’ll do our best to give users advance notice. Access to purchased maps may no longer be available if the site is permanently closed.
